| State of Idaho: Human Services Regional Program Specialist (Nov. 05 – present)
• Extensive experience in program development, working within a specifically predefined structure or developing a structure suitable for the desired outcomes, on my own or in collaboration with others. Expert in community collaboration. Have provided free consultation and developed a website on the subject of community collaboration at: http://www.collaboration.me.uk/ (new site I am currently working on with added features) and
http://www.communitycollaboration.net (old site). The older site has been used by government, university, and non-profit organization from all over the word. Original website has been donated to Tamarack Community, a nonprofit organization in Canada who now maintains that website.

• Extensive experience in event planning, production, and evaluation to include various types of conferences.
• Provide quality assurance and oversight for the Infant Toddler Program, providing services to children birth to three with developmental delays and disabilities.
• Member of numerous state teams for program amelioration for both the Infant Toddler Program and services for children with developmental disabilities from birth to twenty one.
• Coordinator, authorize plans, train, provide oversight for Intensive Behavioral Interventions, services for children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems. Includes behavioral intervention and play therapy.

Pilot project for the Department of Health and Welfare on service integration. Supervised and trained 18 staff.
• Emphasis on collaboration with internal staff and external partners while providing integrated services to new clients of the department.
• Wrote program and policy.
| State of Idaho: Early Intervention Specialist. (August 2000 to June 2004).
• Provided training, coordination, child find, public relations, reporting, and quality assurance activities. Quality Assurance for the regional Infant Toddler Program, regional private Developmental Disability Agencies and the regional Child Protection Program.
• Responsible for Regional Infant Toddler Committee, supporting parent chairs, board, and members.
Co-chair CAYC, Community Alliance for Young Children. Chair, Lewis-Clark Coalition for Families and Youth (2 yrs). Chaired NW Regional Summit on Youth (4 yrs).
Appointed to the Governors Coordinating Council for Families and Children (GCCFC) in 2002. Member of Executive Committee 2003-2004.

• President of the Board of Directors for the Family Crisis Center (Upper Valley Center For Domestic Violence) from Oct. 96 to Oct. 97, member of the board from 1994 to 1998.

The Rogers Counseling Center: (Clarkston Washington) (Feb. 1991-June 1993).
• Psychotherapist working primarily with youth and their families. Developed and supervised therapeutic recreation program. Lead therapist in older children's day-treatment group. Director of children's crisis team. Adult crisis management worker and "MANDT" (crisis intervention) instructor. Trainer, Group Facilitator.
Very involved with scouting and 4H. Integrated children mental health and behavioral problems into existing programs including camping up to a week.
State of Utah: Provo Utah: Self Sufficiency Counselor. Worked with adults with disabilities helping them to become employed or receive federal benefits. Program was researched and developed by myself and was the subject of numerous state and national articles and a doctoral dissertation.
Also worked in the Utah State Training School (for individuals with developmental disabilities) and lived and worked in a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Additional Experience:
Coordinated and organized what was at the time the largest open air concert in the State of Utah. Over 100,000 people in attendance (Early 80’s)
Festival of the Arts Ball manager at BYU, large cultural event with thousands of people in attendance and dozens of different performances, many occurring simultaneously.
Over the years we have had students live with us from many parts of the world: Romania, China, Korea, Nepal, Japan.

EDUCATION: Brigham Young University. M.Ed. Educational Psychology, (Aug. 1990). Core studies in Behavioral Health, and Vocational and Group Counseling. B.S. in Psychology, 1984. Activities included: Student government, also producing, directing, and performing in fine arts productions.
Post Graduate, Seattle Pacific University (working with children with behavioral issues), Eastern Washington University (developmental disabilities), and Numerous Professional Seminars (primarily related to interviewing children, investigating child abuse and neglect and treatment for developmental disabilities).
